Sant Carles is one of the principal
Catalan ports. The development is to
connect the city background with the
Mediterranen sea, through the creation
of new port facilities including the
promenade, acuarium, commercial
facilities, educational buildings. The
logistics of the port has been addressed
through the functional layout. The sport
marina represents an integran part of the
project , though its realization may be
undertaken as an independant activity.
