Tampa Intercontinental is located in the Westshore District in Tampa Florida. The teams main goal was to design a casual contemporary interior that represents the flair of Floridas’ style and sophistication. The full renovation consisted of all public spaces, over 17,000 sq.ft. of meeting/event spaces, 323 guestrooms, and 17 suites. In 2008 CMMI, Inc., received the four diamond hotel award for best singular space for the guestrooms.
