This site is located in the heart of college town Rio Piedras. The design intent is to consider the urban nature of the place, given its vecinity to the University of Puerto Rico, which provides it with a constant flow of students. The building placement responds to the avenue and town in front and the community in the back, acting as a limit and an access. The first level is kept for retail spaces,  and the units were design to maximize natural lighting and ventilation given the tropical climate qualities and behavior.
