Green Shell Cities

Green Shell Cities.
When was the last time you saw a natural paradise, if you're not an architect, urban planner or designer, there is no problem, however if you are one. You certainly imagine living there a whole city.  Sadly that’s why the paradises always disappear.  Because cities have been developed from centuries ago, in the same line, need infrastructure as streets, parking lots, plumbing fixtures and all that stuff that we simulate are necessary.  Because designers we always think first in buildings, not in community, not in life at all. After a quick research in 2009 we discover that most of the big cities here in Mexico have serious problems in contingency issues, and if we extend the benchmark to evacuation, pretty much every city in Latin-America  claims a big re-engineering  of their systems against collapse. Therefore when we start imagine a real estate development; we try to avoid almost every track of immediate density.  Remembering summer camps, trips, ecotourism and figure out that is an enormous field of research, theory and market for it.
Green Shell Cities is the Bajío (center of Mexico) proposal for take us back outside again, near but not immersed in cities, enjoying the 21th century advantages like GPS, Solar CIGS cells, Tablets, smartphones, packaging  furniture and more, into a big  TORUS and a wide shuffle of accessories that complete a single module suitable to any possible scenario.
