Pennsylvania School of Business asked me to lay out their new space in an existing manufacturing building.  The existing interior had been gutted by the building's owner, leaving a u-shaped structure.  

All spaces take advantage of the great natural lighting.  The building is centered on  large lot surrounded by parking and ground cover plantings.  The lack of a of a view allows natural light through clear glazed windows without any distractions from the exterior.
