Wrote a Public Art Program for the City of Santa Paula. This program included various processes for establishing new public art projects, as well as guidelines for maintaining current art. Additionally, established a public art project to paint utility boxes along a main corridor in Santa Paula. This project is intended to illustrate how the Public Art Program guidelines can be implemented in helping to beautify the downtown area.
