Renovation of an existing historic property in the French Quarter district of New Orleans, Louisiana. The existing four-story warehouse building was adapted to a ground-floor retail space with condominiums above.
The project included historic district review and approval by the Vieux Carre Commission. The project also included working with the private builder and the retail tenant to develop the spaces.
I participated in documenting the existing conditions, I drafted the construction documents, and I attended the historic district review meetings alongside the architect.
