- Design development: Materials selection, finishes, furniture, lighting design, ...

- CDs coordination and execution of: RCP, Finished pland and schedules, Furniture plans, Elevations, Custome made furniture,.. supervision of plans and mark ups.

- General Project coordination with Egineers, Contractor, External Consultants and client.
