The City of Rifle needed a catalyst for a new downtown expansion and brought in Brenden Theatres to be the new centerpiece for the development.  The design reflects the historical downtown architecture while respecting the client's budget.  Also properly positioning the building on the site, we were able to reinforce existing axis and developments that will help reinforce development in the future.
