This design project site was located in downtown Hartford, CT. A multi-use urban development connecting different building types of commercial and residential use. The concept of my design was "A city within a city" using the development to join the different functions of the building types. The Multi-use urban development was comprised of apartments, condos, a hotel, retail stores, a museum, a theater, and a food market. These different places in one area catered to the needs and interests of the public.
