With the use of materials and form, we wanted to create a project that's insertion in the context in which it is placed, so light and less impact as possible. The roof is part of the ground and ends up in the ground, taking into account as prevailing direction of intervention, the director looking towards Monteriggioni. A hilly artificial gains strength as a sign semantic isolation and out of scale. The service station has been designed as an oasis of hospitality for those who need it and incorporates features such as restaurant-cafeteria and shop with spare tires.
