Statement: Transcending  the  surplus  of  modern  living  through  the  exploration  of  scale  and  proportion  by  creating a family  cohousing  living  environment  in  a  high  density  urban  center.

Objective: With the word “surplus“ given as a blanket topic, each student was to conceptualize a project of their own. 

Concept: An asymmetrical sectional web of interlocking spaces through penetration of volumes and planes to create and define spaces.
