New 2.0 million gallon-per-day water treatment plant that uses ballasted flocculation technology to promote rapid sedimentation necessary to treat water supplies with highly variable turbidity. This is the first application of this technology in New York State as part of a pre-manufactured packaged unit. The Project won (Two) awards.
