Complete renovation of an existing ten story former hotel into a 250 unit apartment building with amenity rooftop and space for a restaurant tenant at ground level. Originally built in the1960s, the building has been stripped down to its bare concrete frame and re-fitted, re-finished and re-clad entirely.
