Seasonal Moves:
I was the main project leader when it was time to rearrange product to increase sales. Every sport has a season and I was responsible for fixing a specific area of the store. I had a team to train in order to effectively and efficiently get the job done correctly. The moves consisted of placing product in the correct position depending on the season. I was responsible for knowing what customers were visiting our stores for and their needs.
