The project locate in Dundee, near the Cabela’s. The site is an undeveloped field, with residential buildings around the site. It is a quiet site, not only about its atmosphere, but also about its content and its gesture. The site is not in specific shape, just a rectangular region. No nearby buildings or crucial conditions. Showing wildness and aloofness, not welcoming anybody. An “innovatrium” will be built here. The programs of the buildings are similar to a scientific research, with an research institute and its outreach, as well as administration. On a silent site, a coming builing will break the silence. The building talks, together with the site, telling a story about the people in it.
