The Village at SandHill is a 300-acre mixed use destination development encompassing a variety of uses including a lifestyle
center with a landscaped pedestrian-friendly promenade, an array of fashion and specialty shops, department stores, interactive
retail, restaurants and sidewalk bistros. Also included is Market Place - containing a Bi-Lo supermarket surrounded by
a variety of convenience stores; and The Forum - containing a variety of large format retail stores including Home Depot and
more than 18 out-parcels with a variety of retail offerings.
Entertainment components include a multi-screen cinema and indoor soccer facility.
The lifestyle center is the focal point of the development which also consists of office
buildings, apartments and condominiums, a continuum of care retirement center, hotel and recreational areas. The design
utilizes local South Carolina references and memorable images to achieve an enticing spirit and sense of place.
