A fifth-year studio project, program called for redevelopment of a property at the foot of the Queensboro bridge in Queens, NY.   Site was to include ground level retail, with office space, and a hotel in a tower above.  This 6 week project addressed site development, structure, circulation, and high-rise, urban development.
