Residential proposal for a wine farm in the Hemel en Aarde Valley of Hermanus, Western Cape for our clients who are future investors in the wine making industry.
The proposal initially consisted of a Farmhouse, Guest Cottage, Barn and future Winery.
I left before it was complete and still await some updated photographs of which promises to be a well finished farmhouse.
