The will of the client is to derive a living room with kitchenette in the actual bedroom and move it into the kitchen, a long narrow room. By moving a portion of partition which divides the room from the kitchen, I got an adequate width to be able to enter the bed. I have also incorporated the hall to the bathroom, creating a space that could serve as a small laundry.
