Licensed Architect for the recently completed restoration and remodeling of two art deco historical hotels, The Tudor and the Palmer, for the Dream Hotel hotel chain. The project is located on Collins Avenue in the historical art deco district in Miami Beach, Florida. The two hotels are located next to each other. A new rooftop terrace with swimming pool was added along with a connecting bridge between the two hotels. The interiors were completely redone maintaining original art deco historical features in the public spaces.
