We had to take a burned down building and create a multi-purpose space that would bring in a positive use of the community that is low-income. There was a small cafe and a indoor/outdoor performance and gallery space. There are also 2 rentable artist units upstairs for practicing artists that want to use the space to work and display in simultaneously.
