The LOUNGE is our approach in dealing with low activity rate in the malls’ upper floors. Numerous programs are normally concentrated on the ground floor of the mall, with upper floors being neglected, resulting in unbalanced flow of visitors.
Enclosed by a large skylight supported by tree-like structures, we try to create an open atrium allowing the visitors to comfortably enjoy the nature and view while being protected from the outside climate.
The LOUNGE has been designed to embrace multi-level green parks, shops, cafes, open food-courts, amusement centers and other exciting mixed-use facilities, combining retail and entertainment into one pleasant stop.
Located in the city centre, The LOUNGE surpasses the function of traditional malls; it has combined activities and spaces of what an urban city could be with shopping experience, creating a new leisure, commercial and relaxation destination for the people living in and surrounding the city.
