This is a project for two new ground up 8-storey buildings on a thru-lot that was the site of a former 'brown field' as well as historically in the direct path of a creek that was drained in early days of Manhattan development.  The buildings are connecting by a glass bridge that overlooks a carefully landscaped courtyard and interior cellar gym while the rooftop is fitted with a 50-ft pool the east end, deck area with cabanas, and a raised lawn at the west end.
