This project site is located along the riverfront where the Riverwalk Marketplace, The Aquarium of the Americas, and The convention center is located. The tower is located at the intersection of Canal St. and Poydras St. The tower was design to to tie in Poydras St. and Canal St. two of the main through ways in downtown and create a transportation hub for all forms of mass transit in the area.The tower's primary purpose was to create green space for the city, and promote self sufficiency and sustainability.
