As an owner’s representative, during the plan review process my main role was to co- ordinate the design and construction documents between Staples and the landlord’s design team during all stages of the design and construction process. Those documents include: Lease Exhibits, Concept Plan, Pro- totype Drawings, Construction Documents and site specific requirements.
The review process includes reviewing each projects for accuracy, comparing them to Staples’ prototype drawings & lease exhibit documents and coordinated with both Staples and the Landlord’s design team.
