The redevelopment of the former St Luke's Hospital site in Muswell Hill to provide 173 new homes, comprising of private apartments, mixed tenure apartments for the over 55's, maisonettes and family houses alongside a new cohousing scheme to the west of the site. The site is quite tricky and the scheme must incorporate a large number of mature trees, conversion of three historical listed buildings and a drop of almost 11m from east to west.
