As the designer of the Louis Licari Salon in the Valentino building on 5th Avenue, the overall intent was to offer clientele a restful beauty experience with a sculptural edge. As you enter the salon you are greeted by the bending planes of the reception desk, fabricated in a natural linear-grained stone and bronze mirror. The angular vocabulary of the architecture continues from walls to ceiling throughout the salon.
