After the demolition of the existing attic, the new floor was designed on an iron structure.

We uploaded all essential information about the project: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and HVAC blueprints, specifications, lists of building materials. After that, we received and answered to all technical issues that construction companies had. The final negotiations were made by our client.
