136 unit, 106,000 sf residential style assisted living facilty.  Type I construction, I-2 Occupancy.

This was an interesting project for me.  I developed all the submittal materials to get the planning review board approval and the construction permit. I worked closely with the contractor coordinating the design and construction throughout.  I also developed the materials necessary to have the building licensed as a medical facitliy.
