This facility is a Type V-1hr & Type I-FR, 26,000 sq. ft., 600 seat student dinning hall for Chapman University which was part of four story student housing complex with 302 beds over a single level podium parking structure. I was responsible for developing interior details and millwork details for individual the individual dining experiences in the dining hall. Above the dining hall will be an 11,000 sq. ft. Conference Center along with guest suites and a career center. I had the responsibility for the design and detailing of the wall paneling and coffered ceiling details. The position held for this job was as a Senior Interior Designer/ Project coordinator.
