The proposed hotel tries to fix some of the urban problems of the area, the Carpenter State, which is located close to the Olympic area but isolated because of the train rails. That's why the new facility must appear as a landmark which involves the neighbourhood into the future growth caused by the construction of new Olympic facilities and the consequent potential development.

That's why conections are understood as the main problem to solve, in both visual and spatial senses.
