The Connell Building

The rehabilitation of the, 168,000 S.F., eight story, Twenty Million Dollar, mixed use, historically designated building in downtown Scranton.

1.      Field survey and photo documentation of existing conditions.

2.      Prepared existing condition drawings, in coordination with survey notes and third party documentation.

3.      Worked with the developer during the Design Development stage to create initial construction pricing documentation.

4.      Developed documentation for submittal with the National Park Service (NPS) for Federal Historic Rehabilitation tax credits. Documentation included: detailed existing condition documents with key flagging for onsite photos; detailed demolition documentation; and detailed construction/scope of work documentation for state and NPS review and approval.

5.      Prepared a detailed front elevation; used for promotion for the project.

6.      Attended coordination meetings with MEP and Structural consultants.

7.      Prepared full construction documentation, coordinating drawings with drawings supplied by the MEP and Structural consultants.

8. Prepared Final Building Permit Submission documentation
