Design and construction administration for the renovation of creative space for toy designers and support staff; featured in an 8-page editorial in Interior Design magazine, May 2010.  Accomplishments include design of the main lobby reception desk and product display fixtures; collaboration with civil engineers and landscape architects for the design of a new exterior entrance, parking and outdoor dining areas.
