Responsibilities during my years at Andrew Fredman Architect have included both the design and administration of a broad range of projects including several pricey Upper East Side Townhouses, such as the Sloane Mansion at 18 East 68th Street; Single-Family Mansions at 119 East 71st Street;  115 East 70th Street, and at 11 East 74th Street (described below).

11 East 74th Street Mansion: comprising over 10,000 square feet on six levels plus a finished basement, the residence is elegantly introduced by a private vestibule and a grand entry hall featuring a graceful curved staircase capped by a skylight that floods the building with light.
