Execuitive learning center  for Boeing Corporation constructed in two separate construction phases that included site development, dorm facilities, on site dining and food preparation, mutlipurpose workshop, exercise facilities, site amenities,  The project was completed by a fast track process to accomodate an accelrated schedule. 

Phase 1 included the site development work, the workshop, dining and food preparation, three dorm towers and the renovation of to exising building that became a part of the final project. Phase 2 included the construction of a fourth dorm tower, a workout facility and a formal parking lot for guest and visitors.
