Schematic design through construction administration on 31 private luxury residences (3500-5500 sf) and 38 acre site development.  Included factory verification of doors and windows shipment from Bosnian manufacturer.  Collaborated with The KOR Group (developer), KWID (interiors), WATG (hotel architect), Girvin Assoc (landscape), DeSimone Structural Engineers, Harris Civil Engineers and Exp Global (MEP).
