A small but complex project encompassing a mere 5,000 square feet consisting of Phase One of three potential long term phases of a 50 year old parish. Sanctuary had been utilizing two, single stall restrooms for an occupant load of over 450. Project scope was to seamlessly blend ADA-compliant restroom facilities, Brides room, vesting room, foyer, entry with compliant access, custodial, etc. into a design acceptable by the congregation as well as the entire mountain community (which has been known to be less than amenable). Project won overwhelming support both in design and in financing.
