A complete Home renovation and small additions were done to an existing 4200 s.f. single family home built in the 1959. I was responsible to accurately field measure the existing dwelling and to incorporate new areas to the kitchen and existing casita guest house.  A modern contemporary look was achieved by removing all existing flooring to exposed existing concrete slab to be use as the finish floor. Many interior walls were removed and replaced with structural beams to open up small spaces.
