Residential building, Sofia

The residential building is located in the central part of Sofia, Bulgaria.

The residential area is compact designed in one bedroom apartments and some two bedroom apartments at most compactness disposition of rooms. The flats are economical having in mind their purpose: a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, anteroom with a wardrobe. There is an individual bathroom with toilet and separate toilet for the two bedroom apartments.

The project is composed in compact capacity, with the purpose to obtain maximum free space area, necessary for disposing  parking spaces  and the infrastructure.

The architectural chart is cleared and it is discharged of unnecessary detail. The fresh color decision give the project a modern appearance and style.
