February 2013 issue of CLOG architecture magazine containing 68 submissions on Brutalism. 160 pages, 71 illustrations. As guest editor, I was involved in the selection and solicitation of submissions, conducted two published interviews, and conceptualized several research projects. Among my contributions were a compilation of concrete pricing data between 1960 and 1980 and an attempt to identify every citation of Reyner Banham's essay "The New Brutalism" since its publication in 1955. I also wrote an article titled "Brutalizing Breuer" for the issue, about Michael Graves's mid-'80s proposals for an addition to Marcel Breuer's Whitney Museum of American Art in Manhattan.
