Built for Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health, the Youth Treatment Facility houses a maximum of sixteen youths for a variety of life issues that trouble today’s teenagers. The facility is fully accessible and designed for suicide prevention.
The building is 13,410 square feet, single story, and the construction elements include reinforced concrete foundation and floor slabs, insulated heavy and light-gauge steel-framed walls and partitions, steel roof beams and columns and metal roof decking with ridged insulation below membrane roofing, pre-finished metal roofing and insulation systems, metal building components, aluminum windows and storefront systems, veneer masonry and plaster exterior finishes and sealants.
Interior finishes include painted gypsum walls and ceilings, ceramic tile, suspended acoustical panel and tile ceiling, vinyl composition tile, carpeting and plastic laminate finished casework.
