Senior Project is located in South America, Quito the capital of Ecuador, on the north side of the city where an airport is located and a master plan, a park has been proposed for that site to replace it. I am accepting what this master plan proposes, which is  about engaging the community and its culture. Ecuador being a country of tradition and culture, I saw the opportunity for the design of venues where amateur performance artists can showcase their talents. Having that in consideration this project is being located on the master plan proposal. This proposal is the re-development of the old airport landing strip into a park and the terminal into a civic center. The Senior Project is located in between the civic center (ex-terminal) and a main avenue which runs north to south of the capital. Also this site location is emphasizing on what the master plan proposes.
