Provided planning and architectural layout for a new, 400 person R&D facility.  Organized and conducted interviews with researchers, executive sponsors, and EHS to identify and coordinate specific user and operational requirements. Prepared detailed floor plans and specifications to coordinate, purchase, and install laboratory casework, fume hoods, service fixtures, and life safety devices.
