NxT Studio was commissioned to re-design KSGB's Pacific Region North American office space. The tenant suite is inside one of Los Angeles' landmark buildings. As a production designer, I assisted in developing the design development drawings for client presentations. I also worked on the permit drawing package in order to submit to the building department. Additionally, I drafted design details for the entry screens. The project situates contemporary office architecture into an existing building. The lobby features a custom logo installation and ceiling elements (chrome shoes). I assisted in the presentation drawings, permit documents, and some of the construction documents.
