Harvard Laboratory was a Senior Project designed to give me insight into building a closed circuit HVAC system, building a laboratory environment for teachers and students. my project took on the true nature of a biological laboratory and turned the facade into an ever changing shading device, made of different types of local Ivy plants attached to a wooden lattice wall and glass curtain wall my design would provide maximum shade and color in the summer and allow for maximum light and views in the winter.
