An office building part of the Cincinnati Children's Hospital North Burnet Campus. 45,000 sq. ft. (4 200 sq.m.) accommodating offices for CCHMC and first level restaurant. The building uses the distinct Phenolic Resin (PRODEMA) cladding faced with natural African hardwood, and a distinct freeform solar shade on the south west corner.
