We had to design a building where we had to use a existing old falling apart building to create a museum, library etc. 

My idea was to re-use most of the old building and to bring in a bridge other this building that connects with a existing building next to it (a museum)

The Title means a view captured by the city when standing on the bridge.  (every time the head turns the view changes)

I did this project all by hand
