Detail design for Phase 1 of the master plan implementation. Building upgrades and 18,000 sf addition including visitor and employee entrances and amenity support functions to an aging facility. The amenities included a 130-seat, full-service cafeteria, landscaped courtyard, fitness center, and new manufacturing locker rooms. Estimated construction cost $10 million.
