I was also fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on a modern-designed residential project in the Dominican Republic. As the architect/designer, I was able to transform an abandoned multi-family structure into a single family compound while implementing sustainable design features such as a water collection system, solar hot water, and the use of passive solar design. The house will be used as a vacation rental/B&B.
